SEC rejects Bitcoin ETF proposal, BTC goes below $8,000

U.S. Securities as well as Exchange Commission (SEC) revealed that it has declined the proposition of Bitcoin ETF that was sent by the Winklevoss Twins, post announcement. The price of Bitcoin dipped listed below the $8,000 mark, CCN reported.

The application was apparently assessed by the SEC for the second time after Gemini founders Cameron and also Tyler Winklevoss appealed. Actually, for the 2nd review, SEC started a round of public remark. Previously, on March 10, 2017 the initial application was denied.
